is easy to get and buy. With change your eat pole each day, you will get the
healthier body that before. For example, it is better for you to consume fruits
like banana and/or apple to change the carbohydrate from rice or bread that can
increase your insulin. Besides that, make sure that you complete your menu with
many vegetables like broccoli or carrot that is sautéed or boiled in right way
in your lunch. And when the dinner comes, it is better for you to decrease carbohydrate
consumptions because it can disturb your sleep time. If you are confused and
